hi i have 2 copy of my website one on a test server the other on live i alway run update on the one on the test first to make sure it doesn’t mess-up my site on live after update. but when i try to update the core file on the live it gives me error “update failed already used.” what can cause that
How can we have “SiteLogo” for each language website? My website have two languages English & Arabic, and I have different headers for both the languages, but when using SiteLogo element, its takes the default URL, which is the English site, How can I make it to use the Arabic Home page when clicking the logo from the arabic pages (which uses the Arabic Header)?

You have a really nice theme with many customization options but can you please consider including a post offset or a custom query builder in “Post Grid” elements in Elementor? It would be really useful especially in custom pages where you display several grids and you don’t want the same posts to be shown everywhere.

Hello, I have noticed that you have a miss spelled word when you import the demo. I can’t find how to change it anywhere and i’m not paying for support that clearly is a developer issue on miss spelling number of students eneolled when it supposed to be enrolled. No such word as eneolled and I can’t located how to edit this hover over section that is in posts mailing in the classes section. Everything works amazing but it pulls in some random spelling that isn’t correct. None of the class fields shows this word; it only shows Students, when you type in how many students and go look at the classes, and it hovers over it, showing this misspelling. I like to know where this is so I can fix it.

Hello! I downloaded the latest version of Udesign, but when I go to enter the license key it tells me it is invalid, how can I fix it?
I have a question: is the new version 4.15.0 compatible with WP-Backery? I’m still using Udesign version 3.4.18. I’ve been busy with other projects for a while and haven’t updated the theme regularly. If I upgrade to the new version, will my content still be visible, or will I have to redo all my page layouts from scratch? If so, is there a way to speed up the process? Unfortunately, I don’t have much time.

The old version of the UDesign theme was very old compared to the latest themes with the latest technology, features, and coding standards. If we cannot update the theme so it will not work in the future and all of our customer’s sites will be lost. So we make the decision to update it with the latest technology, features, and coding standards we removed the old functionality like shortcodes and we added tons of new features in the theme so that customers don’t need any shortcodes and customization to make the site. Also, The latest version of the theme is fully compatible with only the Elementor plugin it is the most famous and useable page builder plugin and super easy to use like drag and drop you can use this plugin to build your site using the latest version of the theme. It is my personal opinion for you not to update the theme for now and create a staging site of your current site then update the theme on it after that your site will appear with issues then fix all the issues on the staging site with the latest version and once you have done with it then make it live so that in the future whenever you need to update the theme you will never face any issue again. Otherwise don’t update the theme and use the old version so that your site will appear fine for a period of time. The choice is yours now.
Thanks for the info Andon, I also wanted to ask you where I can find the latest version of V3? I’d have to reinstall the theme, but unfortunately my site was hacked and it took me two full weeks to fix everything. How can I download it?

I’m sorry to hear about the hack, I know how stressful and time-consuming that can be, especially after spending weeks fixing things.
Regarding UDesign V3: we do not have that version available for direct download. You can check your ThemeForest account to see if version 3.4.18 is still available there under Downloads, where you originally purchased the theme.
One important note: Version 3.4.18 is no longer maintained, which means:
No security updates
No compatibility guarantees with newer WordPress or plugin versions
If you continue using V3, I strongly recommend:
Keeping WordPress and plugins on versions known to work with it
Using strong security plugins and regular backups
Whenever you decide to move forward, creating a staging site (as mentioned earlier) is still the safest and fastest way to transition without risking your live site.
I checked the download list, but i see only the v4 avaible for download.
At moment i’m using wordfence.
One more question, what if i will use some GPT to convert my page code of website to adapt it for elementor? Will work? If yes i can speed up for setup again my site.

If the older version is no longer visible in ThemeForest downloads, then unfortunately it’s not available anymore. Only the versions currently provided by the author can be downloaded there.
Regarding using GPT or other AI tools to convert your site to Elementor: they can help with content or layout ideas, but they can’t reliably convert UDesign-specific code, shortcodes, or dynamic elements into Elementor automatically. A manual rebuild is still required.
For UDesign, the safest approach is to set up a staging site and rebuild key pages in Elementor using the old site as a reference. AI can be used only as a helper, not a one-click solution.
Wordfence is a good step, but it can’t fully protect an outdated theme.

That screenshot appears to be an example of an image gallery displayed on a WordPress page. To achieve a similar look and functionality on your WordPress site, you’ll want to use a dedicated photo gallery plugin.
There is no option in the theme for this, you can try with any third party plugin that better suits your requirements.

We purchased your theme on 2022-11-23 12:38:00 UTC, but we are only starting to work with it today. After installing the theme, we attempted to enter the Item Purchase Code. However, the system shows the following message:
“Purchase Code is not valid!!! Please check purchase code again.”
I also tried submitting a ticket through your Zendesk support system. When I attempt to create a ticket, the system tells me that my email address must be verified. I have verified my email, but the system continues to display the message:

I’ve been trying to get support for exactly 5 days regarding a sidebar that works fine in the demo but has responsive issues when I install it on my website. Every time, they say “It’s fixed, please check,” but it never is. I’ve checked on real devices, in the browser’s responsive mode, and on desktop—every time they say it’s solved, but it isn’t. On mobile, the sidebar shifts; in tablet landscape mode, half of it is cut off; and when you resize the desktop window, the text overlaps. Yet the support team keeps insisting it’s fixed. I guess I must be blind
