Hi, I’ve just purchased your theme, but have run into problems straight away. I’ve tried installing the demo content 4 times, each time it shows it worked but when I view the site the fonts and lay out are incorrect. I’ve cleared all browser, plugin, and server cache. but no impact. I’ve also tried to access your support site but see Cloudflare 522 error, no no access. please can you advise?

I never got the email reset from you. So I reset it myself. Same problem. “There has been a critical error on this website.” When I log in or after I do see “go to tickets” and “edit profile”. The tickets link gives me the same error. The edit profile allows me to edit my profile.

Actually, when i check in pagespeed => https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-d-themes-com-wordpress-udesign-corporate-4/pqoo7ukuf7?form_factor=desktop you are at 64 & 87. I check all your demo and everyone has a problem on FCP with a 3.0s for FCP & 10s for LCP.

First of all I want to say that Envato’s official support policy does not cover performance or speed optimization. Theme authors are responsible for theme functionality and bugs, not for helping you reach 90+ PageSpeed scores. So it falls on you (or your developer) to optimize.
You’re absolutely right to focus on FCP (First Contentful Paint) & LCP (Largest Contentful Paint) — those are often the hardest metrics to push into that 90+ range, especially for heavy / feature‑rich themes like corporate multipurpose ones. It’s not impossible, though.
In my suggestion, please hire a developer and ask him to increase the site speed and solve the problems related to the FCP and LCP.
I hope you can understand our limitations and Envato support policy.

Why are the plugins not updated? I just downloaded the theme again and the included plugins are still the ones bundled with 4.9.2.

In order to disable Popup from your Site, you need to navigate to Dashboard > U-Design > Layout Builder > Global Layout and click General Settings. In General settings, you can disable Popup.
