Do I need to buy a new license if I have installed a WordPress instance under the same domain in a different directory? Example /shop. If not, how can I register both projects with one license?
Hi
Sub domains need to be reviewed by our team before they can be approved. We would request you to please create a support ticket for this. On approval, if the subdomain is valid, the same purchase code can be used

Hello, Shaminder – I can no longer create a ticket through the support system.(Support period has expired) – My username at my.avada.com is Crusty450 and I need the activation for the main domain. The installation under /mxinside is already registered. Could you please keep an eye on this? Thank you Shaminder

Hello, I recently purchased your theme template. I’m currently using the Construction pre-built template (in case that helps) and I have a question regarding the mega menu alignment.
Is it possible to align the mega menu so that it appears directly under the menu item, instead of being centered across the page?
At the moment, the mega menu is always centered, which doesn’t look very good when hovering over a menu item. Interestingly, right after a page refresh, if I hover quickly, it briefly appears correctly under the item, but then it shifts back to the center of the page.
Thank you in advance for your help and any suggestions.
Hi
The mega menu in this case would have been asked to be full width. I would request you to reach out to support and they will guide you on how to have a smaller mega menu that opens below the menu item

I have bought many Avada themes and whenever I place text in any heading tag like h4, h3, h2 etc. There is a huge space below it. How do I avoid it. I don’t want any space after the h4, h3 or h3. Here is a screenshot – https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/b0lw1nnru0795tp03dab0/2026-04-14_22-02-10.jpg?rlkey=b1p0co87m54qi4g4sipvx1c9t&dl=0
Well I was able to solve this with the following CSS – h4 { margin-bottom: 0 !important; } Any other inbuilt way?
Hello @ThemeSurf_TF
This is default bottom top margin of the title element which you can disable by going to Avada > Global Options > Typography > Heading Typography area.
If you need further assistance with this, kindly open a support ticket and our team will get back to you further.

Hi, I purchased your theme a while ago (in fact, I have two licenses), and suddenly, my WordPress dashboard is showing a red warning in the Avada section saying that the license is being used by another domain, which isn’t true. I’ve made sure I haven’t mixed up my two websites, but no, everything is correct. What should I do to fix this?
Hello @surarte

Well, I have bought many Avada theme licenses and have forgotten which site they are being used on. How do I find this out?
Hi!
This can be managed from your my.avada.com account area. We have complete documentation on this. Please do follow the link here. https://avada.com/documentation/how-to-manage-your-licenses-on-my-avada/ You can see the domain listed against the purchase code in your license area.

Hi, is there an issue with Avada Forms and WP Rocket lately? I have both installed on several sites and regularly getting clients report that their forms are returning the ‘There was an error sending your message…’ notice. I have Fusion Forms excluded in the deferred Javascript but the problem persists.
Hello @tablot648
We have not officially tested this on our end, however since you have a valid support with our team, I will recommend you opening up a support ticket with our team so this can be checked.

Hi! I need to include some percentages bars with information in each blog post, similar to the attached image https://ibb.co/kVnp4PRn . Is that possible with AVADA? The extra design elements included something like this? Thanks
Hello @Serllinho88
This is surely possible following, for example see the screenshot here => https://cln.sh/6lnjjnT3

Just wanted to let you know of a bug. Slider revolution transitions do not work when you add the slider in the page options slider section. Adding it in the page with slider revolution element works though. Hopefully this can get fixed and help anyone else that may be struggling with this issue.

We highly recommend Avada – we have over 30 Avada licenses. Could you please give me just a quick tip on how to get the fusion-megamenu-icon to display on the mobile menu? I’ve gone through all the help pages. There seems to be a code-based solution. Thank you

Hi there,
We are interested in possibly purchasing Avada as a WordPress theme for our website, but we have a few questions:
- Do we have the ability to customize things such as color within each different theme, or do we have to go with the colors a theme automatically comes with? - We run sales for our products exclusively via phone—is there a way to remove a shopping cart icon to avoid misleading customers who might think they can place orders online? - Do any of your themes feature a home page with multiple, differently sized ads that rotate to show different products (instead of one large hero image)?
We might have more questions to follow, but these are the top three we have at the moment. Thanks!
Hello @PressSeal
The answer to all your questions above is yes, Avada is a fully customizable multipurpose theme builder and you will have complete freedom to setup your website the way you like.
We will be happy for you to be a part of this Amazing Community!
Thanks
-Ammar
Thank you for your reply. Which of your themes would be good examples of the third point we mentioned above?
Hello @PressSeal
Avada comes with Avada Slider, Revolution Slider as well as Post Card Slider and carousel settings that can be utilized to create something similar, we currently do not have any prebuilt setup using that way, but a simple carousel can do that

TITLE: PAGE EDITOR NOT WORKING BECAUSE OF AVADA BUILDER.
I manually migrated my website from edaa.org to l4s.883.mytemp.website. The website frontend is working perfectly fine on the temporary domain (l4s.883.mytemp.website)
However, when I try to open the page editor, I get a “Page Not Found” (404 error).
I have already checked everything:
- Updated all links in the database - Reviewed the .htaccess file - Cleared cache - Verified other possible settings
But the issue still persists.
Interestingly, when I deactivate the Avada Builder plugin, the page editor opens normally and wordpress default editor opens. However, the website design obviously breaks in that case.
My main concern is: Why is the page editor not opening on the temporary domain (l4s.883.mytemp.website) when the Avada Builder is active, while everything works fine on the live domain (edaa.org)?
I have also:
Unregistered the Avada license from edaa.org Registered it again on the temporary domain
Despite checking almost everything, the issue remains. Whenever I activate the Avada Builder plugin, the page editor does not open for any page.
If anyone knows how to resolve this issue, please let me know.
Thanks!
Hello @jjpragency
This is surely not an issue that can be replicated on our end, from what you have mentioned in the email, this seems like an issue due to some other website’s own settings or resources.
Our team will need to take a closer look into this and will require you to open a support ticket.

If i open a support ticket then will your team resolve my website issue by logging into the wordpress dashboard?
Hello There
That maybe a requirement depending on what the issue is, our team can log into your dashboard and troubleshoot this further

Howdy!
Not sure when this issue started (i.e., Avada version number), but the ToTop button (function) does not work on tablets (e.g., iPads). It does work on desktops.
When I click the ToTop button, the screen does not scroll. I disabled ALL plugins, except Avada and cleared cache. Still doesn’t work. Can you please look into this and confirm?
Fix (patch) appreciated.
Thank you!
Update:
So, I performed additional testing and can confirm the above is definitely a bug. The bug affects all Avada users.
Details:
Our Avada ToTop Script is set to “Desktop” only. Using this setting, the ToTop button displays on both Desktop and Tabllets, but the ToTop button does not work on tablets. When I set the ToTop Script to “Desktop & Mobile” is does work. So, two things:
1. Please provde a fix for the above condition.
2. How can we enable the ToTop button (functionality) only on Tablets and Desktops? Perhaps you guys need to add a third option to the ToTop Script, labeled “Tablet”.
Thank you!
Hello @AeroConsultants
I am going to check this on my end as well, if the issue is replicable, we will surely look into this further
Thanks

Hey Ammar! Any updates? When will this bug be fixed? Thank you!

Hey Ammar,
May I ask: What devices did you use to test the issue I reported? I can confirm with 100% certainty (with all plugins disabled except Avada’s) this issue is present.
Can you kindly ask three other Avada team members to check this?
Thank you!
Hello There
I checked this on browserstack myself, which specific iPad model did you check this on?
Thanks
Thanks for the reply. I encourage you to use a REAL device or devices. iPhones and iPads have native functions that cannot be replicated by BrowserStack. At our end, we use iPad Pro. Again, in Avada, set the ToTop settting to Desktop mode only; you will then see the ToTop icon on iPads and Desktops, but the screen will not scroll on iPads when you click the ToTop icon.
Is there an issue with Events Calendar plugin and Avada Builder plugin? When I deactivate the builder, the calendar displays as expected.
Hello @Charlimmtc
There is no issue between both plugin(s) however from what you have explained it could be that you have assigned a layout to events archive pages which might be resulting in this issue.
I will recommend you checking your layouts and making sure that the events archives are not set to any of your layouts.
If you still need assistance with this, kindly open a support ticket and our team should follow up.

I am using the latest version of Avada and following all recommended setup steps, I’ve been unable to resolve a critical issue for days.
The Avada Builder consistently breaks core WordPress functionality — I couldn’t create posts or add products while it was active. As soon as I disabled it, everything started working normally, which clearly points to a serious conflict or bug within the builder itself.
I’ve tried everything:
Resetting permalinks Clearing caches Increasing memory limits Changing PHP versions Disabling all plugins
Nothing fixed the issue while Avada Builder was enabled.
For a premium theme of this level, this kind of instability is very disappointing. Losing days trying to fix something that should just work is not acceptable.
I really hope the developers address this soon, because right now it’s not reliable enough for production use.
Hello @ademin
That is surely not an issue with Avada and you should be able to create your posts or products without any issues, this will require our team to take a closer look into your website to see what might be causing this.

Been promoting Avada for years, just getting tired of it now. I’m providing useful sales feedback as sales advice for future purchasers – people like me who are tired of waiting forever for the basics to be included. So we aren’t wasting time with glaringly obvious missing element controls constantly preventing us from achieving what should be simple designs and functionalities. Your dynamic Button url CANNOT BE UNABLE TO HANDLE A DYNAMIC MAILTO LINK!!! Just Fix it so I dont constantly have to write code snippets, just to have basic functionality!
Hello There
We appreciate the feedback, not all ACF fields are supported by Avada at the moment, the ones that you can use are listed here => https://avada.com/documentation/how-to-use-acf-pro-with-avada/#toc_supported_ACF_field_types
however, you should be able to get this done using the text field and then using the before and after field in the ACF text field to create your mailto link => https://cln.sh/1X3SN4Q7

We are facing an issue updating Avada (Avada Builder and Avada Core). The update fails with the following message:
“Failed to download. Unknown error encountered. Please try again later.”
Our license is valid and the theme is properly registered. Previous updates worked without issues, and there were no recent changes on our server.
Before renewing support, we would like to confirm:
Is there any known issue on your side affecting updates? Have there been recent changes to the update system or download endpoints?
We want to ensure this is not an internal issue before proceeding with support renewal.
Thank you for your assistance.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bAv5inM0gd1YRn7j_FYpuvwyvw86bi6y/view?usp=sharingHi
Currently we have no reported issues for updates. Users are able to download/update from the WP admin area without issues.
I would suggest that you please take a look at the manual method of updating the site, https://avada.com/documentation/how-to-update-the-avada-website-builder/#toc_Method_2_Update_Manually_via_FTP
You can also create a staging URL as per the whitelisted URL format and test the update process on the staging site, https://avada.com/documentation/avada-registration-and-licensing-faq/#collapse-1-864011

Why are there no device specific options for Sticky Container Offset on containers.
This would be the very first container that should receive usable responsive design control? A sticky offset it primarily set by a headers height, which is always different on different devices, yet in Avada one cannot set a different offset!!!!
Head in hands!!
Hi
You can offset a container not just by a specific value but even using a class name. You can use the header CSS class name and use that to give the offset value
Alternatively, you can add different container for mobile and desktop mode and using conditional rendering to only load the container on specific device. You can then add different offset for different container (specific to the device)

Hello @Darcosolutions
Thank you for your feedback.
Getting this error after update: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 () Please help me to resolve this!
Hi
A 403 error means permission is being denied. This generally happens due to a security plugin or host security setup. We would request you to please backup the site and disable security plugins and make a check or get in touch with your host to check for security measures added

Hi Team, I have checked with the Host and diabled all plug ins, it is happening for Pages with TOC (table of content)??
Error: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()
Hi
This would still be a security block. Avada has no blocks added in it to causes a 403 for admin-ajax. We would request you to please check your plugins and check with the host once again

Not good responsive theme. Very basic. There are a massive amount of missing responsive controls, the basics, such as for example, you cannot set a button width to span only on mobile. If you set span on mobile, it will apply to all screens. So bad!!!
Hi
Avada does have several responsive options that can be seen in detail here, https://avada.com/documentation/category/responsive-design/ You can always add the button in nested column, span it to the nested column width and adjust the width of the column for different devices

My point isn’t specific to one element. Avada is missing a VERY LARGE AMOUNT of the basic responsive settings that should have been available out-of-the-gates – but so many years after you first implemented device control, is just not cool.
We understand some omissions after a first release or two, and support you because we expected the obvious major gaps will be deployed timeously.
I cannot begin to understand why there wouldn’t be something as simple as button span / not span per device. Why on earth would we have a button that spans on desktop? 99% of the time it only makes sense to span a button on mobile. Same as large, small.. etc button sizes. Isn’t the button size very likely to be best served at different sizes on different devices?
Sure, nested columns can solve some things – but please don’t get me started on how much more usefully nested columns could work!
I mention these missing button settings as general examples for the LARGE AMOUNT of the basic responsive setting omissions, I don’t need a specific alternative solution to this, my message is finish the device specific dev already, so we can build better sites that elementor!!!
