Hi it’s ok I figured it out, in elementor I couldn’t click on the element to edit as the menu kept dropping down over it, had to delete the menu in Google developer inspect elements then I could edit the container

To test this problem, you can review typography settings in Appearance > Customize > Typography.
Sometimes, the imported Website Kit from Elementor can change the default typography of the theme. You can check these documents for more details about using/removing it.

Hello, The documentation is not very clear about the header background: Is it possible to have it be solid white color regardless of the hover? I’ve tried all the combinations and it is only changing to white on hover. Not sure if this is an issue, or if this is the expected behavior and static solid white is not an option. Could you please help me confirm if it’s possible and what’s the setting? Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback. By default, you can configure the default header background to a solid white color in Appearance > Customize > Header > Header Background.
This theme also provides options to change the header background for pages. You can edit certain pages and set a different header background. You can check these documents for more information:

The latest update of the Konte theme prompts an update to 2.2.7 of “Konte Addons,” however this plugin update continuously fails. Without it, the WordPress site is inoperable. The attempt returns this error:
“The remote plugin package consists of more than one file, but the files are not packaged in a folder. Please contact the plugin provider and ask them to package their plugin according to the WordPress guidelines.”
This plugin needs to be fixed for everyone.

While CSS can handle basic sticky positioning, the JavaScript approach allows for more control and can enhance compatibility across different browsers and devices.
However, the sticky effect is disabled on mobile devices. This decision ensures a better user experience on smaller screens.

Setting a transparent header for shop pages does not change the header on the product pages, at least for some layouts like 2 or 4.

Hello, I would like to modify the 404 page to return the status code 404 and not 200. I tried to modify the files: wp-content/themes/konte/404.php wp-content/themes/konte-child/404.php

You don’t need to have a license to update the plugin Revolution Slider. Because this plugin is bundled in the Konte theme, you just need to delete it and run the installer again to get the latest version.
Now, you just need to navigate to Plugins > Installed Plugins and delete the Revolution Slider plugin. Then go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install this plugin again. The theme will download and install the latest version for you.

We want to remove the Kirki plugin because it is pretty much useless after the configuration, has terrible performance, and hasn’t received any updates for some time. However, after it’s disabled the Prev, the next icon appears on the product page. Shouldn’t the configuration be storedvin the database so we can remove the module?
Another thing related to performance is that layout 2 has one big layout shift for mobile and it keeps failing the Core Web Vitals for CLS.

We’ve noticed this layout shift issue from reports as well. It may occur with WPBakery Page Builder, but it rarely happens with Elementor. We will try to improve this metric in the coming updates as well.
