Why WpBakery Page Builder is not working properly , am not able to create new post using Wpbakery page builder, Plugin installed and working from the backend , but after publishing new blog past its not display properly, header part is missing and designed format ( text color, Header Type, font style, text size ) not coming properly. tried following disabled plugin and enabled, uninstalled and reinstalled.

Hello! According to Themeforest rules, 1 website = 1 license. This is true for all Envato themes. Without activating the license, it’s not possible to update the theme or import demo content.

I have been able to go past this, the link is working now. When the URL is clicked, email address is requested, however after putting in my email address I get the notification that the form to register has been sent to my email, but the mail never comes. I tried using different email addresses but none came. Is there a solution to this?
Hello! I am afraid it doesn’t depend on a theme. You can try switching to the standard WP theme, and see the issue remains. Please make sure sending emails works on your website in general. You may need to refer to WordPress support forum.

Hello! I am sorry, but your license is used on a live website called Ramcon. According to Themeforest rules, you need to buy a new license for a new website. This is true for all Envato themes.

Hello, I think the7 is a great theme, however I have a little problem when trying to edit header and footer, and, according to the tutorials I have to go to “Theme Builder” to edit them, but when I go there, everything is locked with the message “Upgrade now”, as if I had to buy something to modify Header and Footer.

Hi, I purchased the theme and installed the demo site along The7 Elements, Elementor & PRO Elements. I can’t edit any pages in Elementor, when I click on edit it opens the Elementor page but stays loading and won’t load the page (also tried safemode in Elementor but no luck). Please advise, thanks.
Figured it out. For anyone having this issue, if Elementor won’t load for you to edit the page; Go to Elementor Settings > Advanced > Enable “Switch Editor Loader Method” & save changes.

Hello! If you import a single page, it imports only page content. Colors, font, etc. will be the same as on the rest of the website. It doesn’t overwrite existing design settings.
