Hi undsgn,

I tried to reach out by mail several times, but no answer or reply.

I purchased the theme Uncode and initially activated it on my local WAMP server for testing purposes. Before moving to my live website, I properly deactivated the key from the local environment.

However, when I tried to activate the license on my live domain, it no longer works and shows as invalid.

Could you please help me reset or reassign the license so I can activate it on my live website?

Hi luia! Probably you have some extra plugins that are creating the issue. At least try to open the Chrome Developer Tools > Console tab and check if there are visible red errors; with these, we can understand a bit more.

I really like this theme and after a full two days – i think this is the one! my only question is….! on the shop > single product 2 >stacked wide vertical—-on mobile its stacked. is there an option on the customization where you can have those thumbnails underneath the main product images and NOT actually showing all full size of the images?

Actually, one more question is there an option to choose a different product layout specifically for mobile, or not really?

Hi femmed0ll! No, it’s not possible to use two different product galleries modules on the same page, so you cannot, for example, hide and show a module (this is only possible if you don’t have variable products).

I am generally very satisfied with the theme, but I am currently facing two issues with the SVG logo implementation that I hope you can help me resolve.

I am using your sample SVG code to test the implementation. You can review the site here: mediabox-digital.de/startseite

1. SVG Logo Sizing Issue (Menu Height) I want to display the SVG logo slightly larger. However, when I increase the Logo Height setting (e.g., to 28px), the entire navigation menu height increases significantly. This doesn’t look good visually, as it creates too much vertical space.

Question: How can I increase the SVG logo size without the overall menu height changing (or increasing excessively)?

2. Logo Loading Jump Effect I have noticed a small visual “jump” or delay when reloading the page. The logo initially loads, and then the menu seems to adjust its size, causing a slight shift.

On your demo pages, this effect is not visible.

Question: Is there a trick or specific CSS/setting I need to implement to prevent the logo/menu from jumping after the page refresh? (On my site, the menu loads small, then large.)

I look forward to receiving a clear solution or guide on how to fix these two problems.

Hi officialjduarte! When there’s an update, anything can happen and always will – this happens even with brands like Apple that have bugs in their first major releases. It’s part of software development itself, so if you’re concerned, don’t update immediately but wait a few weeks.

Hi! I have got a copyright strike from my hosting provider for using the Uncode – Creative Multiuse WordPress Theme. They claim they are acting on request from FontFabric distributor due to usage of Muller and ProximaNova fonts in Undsgn theme. How do I prove you were authorized to license these fonts as part of theme license?

we can confirm that the Uncode theme package and official demo https://undsgn.com/uncode/ do not include or use the Muller or Proxima Nova fonts. These fonts are not bundled with the theme, nor are they referenced in the default content or demo data.

If those fonts are currently active on your installation, there are a few possible scenarios:

  1. You may have added them manually (e.g. via Adobe Fonts sync or custom upload).
  2. A plugin or external integration may be loading them.
  3. They could be part of a design customization not related to the theme itself.

Uncode includes a feature to sync with your Adobe Fonts account, but you remain responsible for the licenses of any font you activate through that method.

To help clarify the situation, could you please:

  • provide the URL of your installation,
  • specify where those fonts are being used,
  • or share the exact details from your hosting provider regarding the font usage?

Hi lololecorse33, Without a comprehensive check of the complete scenario, it’s genuinely difficult to pinpoint the exact issue. Servers involve numerous parameters and setup options, and the ones you referenced are just a few important for the theme’s core functionalities.
However, could you please verify if the theme is properly registered and not merely migrated? In other words, if you temporarily remove the license, are you able to re-register it successfully? I’ve noticed this problem frequently recently with migrated installations that appeared to be properly registered but were not.

Issue with LiteSpeed reinstalling.

I keep deactivating and uninstalling Litespeed, only for it to reappear and reactivate automatically. I don’t want this plugin installed as it has caused problems with me developing my site and not caching my changes, but I cannot seem to keep it from reinstalling.

Any ideas?

PS – any idea when version 3.0 may be sent out to Beta Testers?

I also don’t understand the connection between the theme and this plugin that doesn’t seem to want to install. Try deactivating Uncode and see what happens with the default theme – we don’t think it will change anything.

Thanks. Do you recall when I asked support for that product gallery sliding back to 1st image upon scrolling down the product page? I just made a new staging site, fresh, clean, WP install. And that staging site has the same behavior… how can we fix this?

Hi officialjduarte! Use the robots.txt file to disallow crawling of filter parameters (e.g. Disallow: /*?tax_product_cat=). You can also manage parameter handling directly in Google Search Console (Legacy tools > URL Parameters).
