I’m running into two issues: 1. If you scroll down, you’ll see a block of default content I can’t remove. In Theme Options → 404, I can set both a header and content. But I only want the header section. I can set the header to none but there isn’t a “none” section under Content. If I set the header to “none” and try to leverage my content block from the Content section, the menu loses its transparency (which I need). 2. Related to that, how can I set the logo and navigation text to switch between white and black instead of staying black as they are now?

Hi! I see there’s a “Links color” option under Theme Options → Customize → General. Is there a way to set different colors for individual links? A single global color doesn’t work well across all pages. At the very least, it would be helpful to define separate link colors for light and dark skin settings.
Hi vickymontero! Most websites typically use a single color for all links, which can be considered a best practice. What you’re asking for seems more like a custom requirement and can only be achieved by targeting the page ID with custom CSS.
I’ve encountered multiple issues when trying to update my child theme today. Now I’ve checked the download files from theme forrest and it looks like the file structure inside the zip file is completely different from the versions before, e.g. contains no child theme zip file anymore. Hi jessicatoth! This seems quite unusual, as Uncode’s theme structure has remained the same for years (which is why we don’t see similar reports to yours). The Child Theme is inside the Main Folder and not within the “uncode.zip” file, which is actually just the theme itself. I don’t understand why you would need to update the Child Theme, which has remained unchanged for years and is essentially an empty folder for your custom modifications. Every user only updates the main theme, not the Child Theme. If you can provide more specific information, we’ll be better able to assist you.
Thanks for your quick reply. I guess my mistake was that I have downloaded “installable wordpress files only”. When I unzip this file there is no child theme inside to be found which threw me off. However I have just tried “download all files” and found the uncode-child.zip in there. So that’s fine now, I could install the child theme again.
Lesson learned: always “download all files” 
I received an email from Wordpress regarding the fatal error that broke my website after the normal update procedure today: An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 907 of the file /var/www/vhosts/hosting…/wp-content/plugins/uncode-core/includes/vc_extend/add_components.php. Error message: Uncaught Error: Failed opening required ’/var/www/vhosts/...hosting etc. it’s too long to post the entire thing here and probably not useful to anyone.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I did update via Wordpress, not FTP, just as described in the link but that led to the fatal error this time for the first time since I’ve been using uncode. After uninstalling and re-installing of the theme yesterday everything is going fine.

Hi, I just found a bug releated to the “uncode_custom_field_value” filter. I tried this in order to format a currency custom field value, as well as, to add a suffix to another custom field value. With Posts module everything is working well, but with Custom Field module it is not working except if I select Label and value (legacy) or Value (Legacy). Please check it out.

If you are referring to the title ‘Big or small, let’s talk’, the issue is that the colour you assigned to it, at least from what I can see in the inspector, is a gradient: https://undsgn.d.pr/i/jG9YwV Unfortunately, when rendering gradients on text you need to apply certain properties that make the block behave similarly to overflow: hidden. I can only recommend using a solid colour or, as you correctly did, increasing the line height. Best

I’ve updated to the latest version of Uncode and all plugins (except WooCommerce), but now I can no longer access the WPBakery backend editor. The WPBakery button is missing, and only the front-end editor is available. In the WPBakery settings, the backend editor is enabled, but I only see the code in the backend. I’ve also tried deactivating all plugins and enabling only the WPBakery version included with Uncode, but the issue persists. I’m using the latest version of WordPress.
Hi david_82! We’re sorry but we don’t have other users reporting the same issue, so it’s really not easy to figure out what’s happening without previous similar reports. What happens if you create another user with the same permissions and enable the Role Manager settings for this user? Is the theme updated (not only the plugins)? In that case, please include a screenshot of the Backend Editor with Chrome Developer Tools opened on the Console tab. Obviously, also check if the issue is triggered by any possible extra plugins.

I’m using the Media Gallery and I’m having trouble getting the images to display in 2 columns on mobile — they currently appear only one per row.
I’ve set the width to 3/12 so that on desktop I get 6 images per row, which works perfectly. However, on mobile, it switches to just one image per row, making the gallery too long and hard to navigate.
I’ve tried everything I could think of and looked through the videos and support forums, but haven’t found a solution. Could you please advise me on how to make the images display 2 per row on mobile?

I am currently using the Post Module to display a list of posts on my site. For each post displayed within this module, I need to show a custom meta field that I have created using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), positioned below the post content.
Could you please advise if there is a supported method or best practice to output custom meta fields for individual posts within the Post Module loop? Specifically, I am interested in whether it is possible to access and display custom meta values dynamically for each post when using the Post Module’s looping functionality.

Hello, please note that Uncode is not advertised as ACF-compatible. Many users work with it successfully, but always through custom implementations. Uncode already comes with its own native Custom Fields: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/27733790042397-Custom-Fields-in-Uncode You could try assigning the same key you used in ACF, but this is just a guess because we do not officially support ACF.
Alternatively, you might consider this approach: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/25483347789725-Shortcodes-in-Posts-Module and use ACF shortcodes instead.

If these were theme issues, I think you would see hundreds of users writing the same thing either here or on the Facebook group where you seem to be subscribed.
I Maybe found the issue. Can it be because of nameservers still pointing to quic cloud and we are not using quic cloud / litespeed cache anymore?

I understand. I have fixed this issue of nameservers, and DNS is fully pointed to 1 IP now. However, the issues on the website are still there unfortunately, I really need help. It seems that you are my only option, the issues can come from nowhere else
This type of support, which is highly specific to a single installation, cannot be provided here on the wall but needs to involve the development team, which is available only through our official support forum, I’m afraid.
As we have already pointed out, this does not seem to be something related to the theme, since no other users have reported the same issue. Even if escalated to the development team, they would most likely recommend contacting your hosting provider to investigate further.
To remove any doubt, you should try switching to another theme (for example, one of the default WordPress themes) and check if the issue persists.
The fact that some product categories are not displaying products could depend on the settings you have applied to the Content Block used for product archive pages, but it could also be due to permalink settings. In this case, simply go to Settings > Permalinks and save the settings again to refresh the .htaccess file.

My hosting provider have investigated further. After switching to a default theme (Twenty Twenty-Four) on the staging site made the products appear as expected.
This suggests the issue is likely related to how Uncode is handling product or subcategory pages.Please, let’s check how the theme manages these pages, particularly if any settings or content blocks might be affecting the display. We have already tried everything, clearing caches, and refreshed permalinks.

I think there is a problem somewhere with the Product Variations. When I set “Variations Single Products” to No, the products are being displayed on that category page. When I set it to Yes, again, Nothing found.

This is crazy. I just processed the variations and now that product category issue is fixed. I don’t understand, because I have processed the variatinos multiple times before. Anyway, this is good! Now only the single product image sliding issue needs to be fixed and quantity selector on checkout page.

Thank you. The only possible conflict I can think of might be related to this carousel: https://undsgn.d.pr/i/AbNbEY I suggest temporarily removing it and checking if it causes any conflict, as there’s nothing else in our code that would explain the carousel resetting to the beginning.
We haven’t been able to replicate the issue on our end. If it only happens with certain products, try to identify what’s different compared to others. You could also rebuild the layout from scratch and check at which point the issue starts to appear.

I completely removed the content block from single product content, but that image slider is still going back to main image on scrolling down the page. I will add it back in place. Almost all products actually have the exact same content blocks. We didn’t have this issue before. It appeared some time ago now. This issue is only on mobile by the way. Mobile view via PC doesn’t replicate the issue
Yes, I noticed it happens only on mobile, but we haven’t been able to replicate it on our end. Do you have any custom scripts in your child theme or something similar? If you can find the same behavior on our demo, that would be very helpful. Otherwise, we don’t have any clear clues, sorry, and the only recommendation we can give is to try disabling extra plugins.

Yes, it also happens with the “Standard” product gallery layout unfortunately. I have just tried. And yes, after removing the second carousel which is the After Content (Related Posts) content block, it still happens.
I’m sorry, but the only suggestion I can give you here on the wall, without our development team directly accessing your installation and possibly running tests via FTP, is to try recreating a product similar to the one causing issues (since, as far as I can see, other products are working fine – can you confirm that?) and see what might be triggering the problem.
We are unable to replicate the issue in any way, and there is nothing in our support history that resembles this problem, unfortunately. It could be caused by a conflict of any kind, and until you identify a potential culprit (as happened with the category pages), we have no further recommendations to offer.
As soon as you find something unusual, please let us know.

I managed to get a backup of June 26. I restored the backup and the issue was gone. I carefully updated all the plugins 1 by 1 to find out where the issue was coming from. After succesfully updating all plugins without the issue returning, I continued to update the theme. After updating the theme, to my surprise, the issue returned!
I hope we can solve the issue with this new knowledge

To do this, you need to open a private ticket, insert all login credentials, including FTP, and give permission to deactivate all extra plugins and custom codes. From this point, developers can begin debugging on Uncode’s native files. If the problem doesn’t occur with the base Uncode, this indicates that the problem isn’t the theme but a possible external trigger that certainly won’t be resolved by our support (which only deals with problems with the theme’s native files). In our opinion, what you have doesn’t invalidate the site’s functionality and isn’t a deal breaker for your visitor, so in our view we would recommend not opening a ticket for this small glitch.
