Hello, I need to insert a class for each tag assigned to the post (specifically a product) among the Post Module results. I tried with apply_filter(‘post_class’) and apply_filter(‘woocommerce_post_class’), but the classes are not added to the element. Could you tell me how I can achieve this result?

Unfortunately, it is difficult to understand a request like this without seeing the actual output. The Post Module has different ways of displaying categories, and depending on the configuration it may or may not allow what you are asking for. If it does, the method to achieve it can vary. First of all, thank you for your great Uncode theme! When searching for “nbsp” in the comments on this page, I see two comments about the same issue that I have for a long time.
When I open the visual editor and tap on the pen icon of a Heading or Text box field, a “nbsp;” HTML code and a line feed get added to the corresponding text field. This doesn’t happen the first time that I tap on the pen icon after opening the visual editor, but all consecutive times that I tap on the pen icon more and more “nbsp;” codes and line feeds get added.
The only way to resolve this, is tapping the pen icon again, switching TinyMCE to the “code” tab and removing all the “nbsp;” occurences. But constantly cleaning up these white spaces all day long takes a lot of valuable time.
I’ve tested on both Firefox and Chrome with all extensions disabled and I’m using the latest version of Uncode and its plugins.
Do you have a solution?
Hi prd9! From what we recall, a user had this problem with Firefox along with some additional browser extensions. As you can see, we don’t think this is directly related to the theme because only a couple of users have experienced this issue. You should try deactivating all third-party plugins you may have and perhaps test in Incognito mode without any browser extensions as well.

Although I suspected the issue also to occur on Chrome, I can now confirm that it is a Firefox-only issue. I will switch to another browser for my editing.

Hi, quick question. I use EWWW to compress the images and also to convert them to webP. It works perfectly, also with the dynamic images (the uai versions) the theme creates. I can see on the server that the webP images has been created to the regular and the dynamic image sizes. The problem seems to be that the theme is not serving those webP images and serves the originals. I am using Chrome, so browser should not be the issue.
In the documentation says “WebP Compatibility: Enable this option to serve WebP images to compatible browsers.”
But I can’t find the WebP Compatibility option. I am looking at the Theme Options > Performance. Adaptive Images is on and the Adaptive Images Async is on as well.
Has this option been removed? Can the theme serve webP? And if so, what should I do so it serves the images?
I can see on the server folder: test-image.png test-image.png.webp test-image-uai-720×232.png.webp But it serves: test-image-uai-720×232.png

you are right, that option is no longer available in Theme Options, but it can still be enabled using this filter: https://pastebin.com/raw/nU6da3SU
When the filter is active, the theme will look for .webp files in the same folder as the normal images. I’m not sure how EWWW handles this, so please make sure that is the case.

Hello, we are on the latest version (2.9.4.4). The browser console shows a 404 for the legacy file assets/js/main.js. A complete file search of the theme’s source code suggests this path is not hardcoded in any PHP file.
Is the path is being added dynamically, perhaps from a theme option or a database setting? Could the authors please identify where in the Uncode settings or database this legacy script path might be stored so it can be removed?
Hi mia32josh! This appears to be a server configuration and permissions issue. The files you’re attempting to exclude are absolutely essential for proper theme functionality. The latest theme version doesn’t modify how these files have always been served and loaded, which is why we haven’t received similar reports from other users as you can verify on this public message board. If you’re encountering 404 errors, you should first verify whether these files actually exist on your server (they may have been inadvertently removed during an update) or check that the file permissions are configured correctly.

I am reaching out regarding significant performance issues we are facing with our website https://www.arcticblue.net.au/, which is built on the Uncode Theme and Child Theme.
We have conducted a detailed review of the site, including the homepage, shop, category, and brand pages, and prepared a key concerns include:
1. Server and Page Generation Times ● Homepage: Page generation time is over 19 seconds. ● Shop Page: Similar issue—over 19 seconds for backend processing. ● Category Pages: e.g., Apparel, still above 15 seconds. ● This is a critical performance issue—normal WP/WooCommerce sites should render in under 4-5 seconds server-side, even with many products. ● This issue severely impacts First Contentful Paint even if CDN is enabled.
The apparel category is hitting almost 1200 duplicate queries, that is the reason why it takes time to load most of the time.
Database and Application Bottlenecks ● Total DB Query Time: Over 0.25s per page, with 150+ queries per view. ● The SET SESSION SQL_BIG_SELECTS = 1 is run 49 times per load—mostly triggered by Uncode Composer. ● Numerous plugin-driven queries (Mailchimp, WooCommerce, Uncode) add latency.
5. Theme-related Issues ● Uncode Theme & Child: Heavy reliance on Uncode Composer, custom VC blocks, and media info queries.

Hi tutiitut! Your Menu is pretty large since you have inserted some custom CSS that adds 30px on each side of each Menu item. You should evalute to add these codes only for very large desktops with a Media Query. Hi Undsgn, I’d like to check if the Marquee Scroll animation for headlines is no longer working? I have tested a few times, and it seems like the moment it is set to ‘Sticky’ it doesn’t work. It’s weird because it used to work before. And now it only seems to work on mobile only, but not on Desktop/Tablet.
The ‘Case Studies’ text in the Creative Architect page (https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/creative-architect/) behaves the same way. It used to work, and now it’s just static.

Hi fifthstorey! What theme version are you using? It’s true that the demo is broken, but it’s also not updated to the latest theme version. The latest version introduced related improvements. In fact, on our staging sites, which are updated to the latest version, everything works. Can you verify which theme version you have?

Hi there. I have set up a media gallery (containing multimedia) and turned on the filtering option in the settings. Strangely enough, however, it does not display the filters. However, setting the skin of a Content Block isn’t different from doing it on a page. I’m running into two issues: 1. If you scroll down, you’ll see a block of default content I can’t remove. In Theme Options → 404, I can set both a header and content. But I only want the header section. I can set the header to none but there isn’t a “none” section under Content. If I set the header to “none” and try to leverage my content block from the Content section, the menu loses its transparency (which I need). 2. Related to that, how can I set the logo and navigation text to switch between white and black instead of staying black as they are now?

Hi! I see there’s a “Links color” option under Theme Options → Customize → General. Is there a way to set different colors for individual links? A single global color doesn’t work well across all pages. At the very least, it would be helpful to define separate link colors for light and dark skin settings.
Hi vickymontero! Most websites typically use a single color for all links, which can be considered a best practice. What you’re asking for seems more like a custom requirement and can only be achieved by targeting the page ID with custom CSS.
