Hi nestorm8! According to the Envato License Terms, it’s not possible to use one of the Standard Licenses on multiple clients or jobs. In a nutshell, 1 license = 1 domain: https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
Obviously, you can do this if they are on the same domain but not if they are on two different domains.

For some reason I am unable to submit a ticket – I tried clearing cache and everything but can’t since my support expired. There is a bug that is not allowing me to add or edit images for product variations. I tested this by creating a staging website, uninstalling all other plugins, and then reinstalling an older version of Uncode to regain the functionality. I updated it again to the latest version to test, and sure enough I lost the functionality again.

Hi lockwoodalex! Yes it is very strange if you confirm that you have disabled ALL possible extra plugins. Try opening the Chrome Developers tools and see if there is any error in the Console tab when you do this action. If so, send a screenshot. Have you also tried another browser or Incognito Mode?

I just tried again in incognito mode and uninstalled plugins again. No luck, and no console errors. How do I roll back to version 2.7 of Uncode? If I upload an older version into my Themes will it override? Only when I had updated to 2.8 did I have this issue. What I can change is the default value and it will save, the only issue seems to be with the images. Also, there is a PHP file that used to be in /woocommerce/variations that isn’t there anymore. I forget what it’s called but I recall that variations-admin-settings wasn’t there in previous versions either.

If you confirm that you have disabled all plugins, as mentioned there is something strange going on beyond the Uncode theme in this installation because no other users have these problems and developers without access to the installation and server certainly can’t figure out what the problem is. Anyway note that this cannot be a solution because you must always have the latest version to have compatibility with WordPress and WooCommerce.

Hi Undsgn support. I have staging site which has all the latest updates and my main Woocommerce product image is blurry. My staging site is running 2.8.2 and my live site is running 2.7.7. I have contacted WooCommerce and they said it was theme related. Any ideas on why or what I need to check?

Hi rack38! Theme? No I don’t think so otherwise even our demo would be slow and other showcase sites. Unfortunately without even seeing your site I can’t tell you anything. Hello, I updated the Uncode Theme version v.2.8.2 and the WPBakery Page Builder gives problems. It does NOT allow me to update the plugin.

The theme is registered and this should include the plugins included and required in the theme, right?

It indicates that I have installed the version: 6.13.0 Uncode WPBakery Page Builder. But it doesn’t allow to update. How can I do it? thanks

No this is the latest version of WPBakery you can use with the actual version of Uncode. If you have problems is related to something else.

Hi pereserratm! Thank you for the confirmation. At the moment it seems the problem is triggered by WooCommerce that check as WPBakery as one of its subscription add-ons. Just ignore it for now.

Is it possible to use the dot navigation (like on your techie shop demo) on the product detail pages? I would like to use the dots to let the user to navigate to different parts of the product page like product description etc.

Hi mbhwhitney! Yes we figured it out later, it is a strange problem that is triggered by WooCommerce seeing WBBakery as if it were one of its paid extensions, something really absurd. Please ignore this notice at the moment, we are figuring out how it can be fixed or if it will be fixed by WooCommerce maybe directly.

Hello, Aftfer the last update you’ve added – Attribute Image for Brands. When I use it inside the Post Module it doesn’t have a link to the respective archive. Is there a way to add the link? Or can i call this attribute as a text with link inside? Thank you.

Hi, I can’t figure out why the highlight isn’t showing up once I change the color to white

WooCommerce doesn’t allow that natively and there is currently no such option available in Uncode. There may be some third party plugins that do this. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend a third party plugin for this as we have never tried one. However, any plugin that works with the current version of WordPress and is built to the WordPress standard will work with Uncode.

Really enjoying using this theme. I have a couple of questions:

1) The last mention of font awesome is a comment three years ago. Are there any plans to include a more recent version?

2) Do you know why images in a carousel (in the header row) would be constantly resizing when scrolling down on a mobile or tablet? It constantly causes the page to shift up and down.

I bought one of these a few years ago when the theme wasn’t ready for e-commerce yet and I had difficulty using it, in fact we had been in contact for a long time but we weren’t able to resolve the issues, so I used a other theme. I have this weird problem on every website i made using this theme. when you refresh a page all the text/elements flash in the color blue as it reloads. any way to fix this?

You are probably using a caching plugin on all these sites that delays loading a CSS style file. Obviously this what I can hypothesize from the description because we don’t even have a link to understand what it might be.

Hi. I’m heaving some troubles with Amelia. On chrome I can see front end booking system only if I’m logged in, when I log out than it disappears. On safari and edge booking system isnt visible as well. I think it got broken after last update. Could you please advice on it?

Anyway, without the possibility to check the installation is really not probable to understand the possible issue since also this Amelia is not one of the suggested or packed plugins. Please open a ticket, share complete logins, so developers can check at this.

Hi guys! I just wanted to report an issue that I’ve noticed since the last update. The primary navigation used to function differently. I could put a menu item (custom link) with no URL and and sub menu items underneath it and when I clicked on the empty menu item it expanded and collapsed the sub menu. Now it just adds a ”#” to the end of your URL.

See example: www.sassabjorg.com I used to expand and collapse the shop and portfolio sub menus and now they just stay open once you click them.

Try to purge all possible caches you can have, for example possible extra services like Cloudflare etc.

It’s not a cache problem, I always try that first. Anyway, it’s not your problem :) Thank you!

Ok let us know if you find somethings, here we tested also another installation with the latest version and it works as it should.
