I deregistered the theme shortly and now cannot register it because whatever system it is claims that I am using the license twice. My question is, how do I solve this, and where do I check what other website is using the license?

Elementor have thousand of addons and a wide range of eco system. But you support only a pagebuilder that hat a small range of addons and elementor is running out with users, plugins, themes and many more. Plugins like dynamic.ooo and crocoblock are not working for your pagebuilder. So its not interesting to use your theme with wpbakery. Do you plan to improve pagebuilder issue and support the modern pagebuilder elementor? Most of all our clients switch from wpbakery to elementor and they are so happy now. But at the same time we losing here 60 clients/plans with your theme, because they using another theme with elementor now and they are not frustrated. We are also developers and two of us are in core developer theme of wordpress and we also are so much more happy with elementor. wpbackery workflow and options are terrible and we stuck in so many basics, because wpbackery support does not have solution/no addons for it and at the same time its possible with elementor with addons or out of the box. Do you plan to integrate elementor demos soon? Because next 3 months next 25 plans/subscriptions with your theme will run out and we need to know if we need to stay or not with this theme.

Hi duodigitalvc! Surely they would have answered you that way, that’s certainly the first-level answer… and then why is it that something that used to work now doesn’t work anymore? If it was an Uncode problem here you would find hundreds of similar reports. 406 is by definition a server error:
“The HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) 406 Not Acceptable client error response code indicates that the server cannot produce a response matching the list of acceptable values defined in the request’s proactive content negotiation headers, and that the server is unwilling to supply a default representation.”
From here unfortunately I can’t tell you more, I’ve also searched our private Help Center and never anyone has reported an error 406 so we don’t have any previous cases through which I can give you more guidance.

Do you have a diagnostic tool that can pinpoint the server error? For example, if it’s variable adjustment, something in php or even something on the http server? Because, both Undsgn and the server provider will fall into the same situation: it’s not here, it’s there

It just seems to me very strange because the operation of Theme Options is the same since the first version of Uncode…We from here can’t tell you any more as we have already explained. There is a server error 406, in short the support of your host that has access to the errors should be able to tell you something more precise, after all there is not a code error, but an error that by definition is called Server Error 406.

I’m currently encountering an issue with the lightbox functionality. While incorporating two media galleries on a single page, an anomaly emerges: the first gallery functions impeccably, triggering the lightbox effect upon clicking images. On the contrary, the second gallery, as well as any subsequent ones (the third or fourth), fail to engage the lightbox feature. Instead, upon image click, they merely open in a new tab as standard images. This problematic behavior persists even when attempting to replicate the functionality of the first media gallery. Could you kindly guide me on resolving this perplexing issue?

I have already found it, I have entered the theme options in EXTRA and I have modified the SLUG, it gives me a 404 error when I enter a portfolio (the url does put the correct portfolio2, it gives me an error, I put the same one again and I get still giving the same error

We understand the problem but if the only other report we have had is from 7 years ago, and we are not able to replicate, without a deeper debug it’s not possible for us understand what happened on this installation. If this were a systematic issue you would see dozens of similar comments, we will have a workaround and maybe even already published a fix. Always a unique and different problem here. You should open a ticket so developers can access your installation and server.

Hi, having an issue where I’m setting my WooCommerce thumbnails to 16:9 ratio and it works for all but the placeholder image. The placeholder image still appears at 1:1 and messes up the shop grids. I’ve tried everything and really not seeing a solution. Do you have any suggestions, is there somewhere I can set the placeholder image to 16:9? Thanks

Also, are you talking about the Posts module settings (because from what I remember it’s only place where you can set a product to 16:9) or WooCommerce settings (if so what exactly)?

Yeah, I’ve set the product to 16:9 in the Posts module setting, which works for all the images apart from the placeholder image (WooCommerce’s default image that appears when you don’t have a product image yet). You link this image in WooCommerce – Settings – Products.
The 16:9 setting in the Posts module seems to just ignore the placeholder image and it’s set to a 1:1 ratio for some reason.

Alternatively you could simply insert this image when you create a product that has no image as if it were the product image so that it is not “read” by WooCommerce settings.

It’s important that you also update the theme (I’m not sure what theme version you have, but if you have a theme old of some years or months it’s possible you need also the latest version of Uncode to be compatible with the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce).

Obviously, you can do this if they are on the same domain but not if they are on two different domains.

Hi lockwoodalex! You probably can’t open a ticket because your support has expired. To help you we need to know some things with technical details. Are you talking about the variation images or are you talking about the additional variation images? Are you using any plugins for creating these? What plugins do you have active? What happens if you disable them?
I am referring to both the main variation image and the additional variation images. I cannot make any changes to the variation images – whether it’s removing, updating, or adding. As I said in my initial comment – I tested this by creating a staging website, uninstalling all other plugins, and then reinstalling an older version of Uncode to regain the functionality. I updated it again to the latest version to test, and sure enough I lost the functionality again. So I tested it with no plugins installed aside from Uncode. Even with the updated version today – it is still a problem.

Yes, that is what I am referring too. It is odd, because I have not made any significant changes to my site… so I am not sure why I cannot edit, add, or remove any variation images.
Hi lockwoodalex! Yes it is very strange if you confirm that you have disabled ALL possible extra plugins. Try opening the Chrome Developers tools and see if there is any error in the Console tab when you do this action. If so, send a screenshot. Have you also tried another browser or Incognito Mode?
I just tried again in incognito mode and uninstalled plugins again. No luck, and no console errors. How do I roll back to version 2.7 of Uncode? If I upload an older version into my Themes will it override? Only when I had updated to 2.8 did I have this issue. What I can change is the default value and it will save, the only issue seems to be with the images. Also, there is a PHP file that used to be in /woocommerce/variations that isn’t there anymore. I forget what it’s called but I recall that variations-admin-settings wasn’t there in previous versions either.

If you confirm that you have disabled all plugins, as mentioned there is something strange going on beyond the Uncode theme in this installation because no other users have these problems and developers without access to the installation and server certainly can’t figure out what the problem is.

In a few words if you have Uncode 2.8.2 you should have Uncode WPBakery Page Builder 6.13.0.
OK, but when you go to the install plugins page it says:

and when I update to php8 it gives me problems viewing the page, and I understood that it was because the plugin was not updated.
No this is the latest version of WPBakery you can use with the actual version of Uncode. If you have problems is related to something else.
